“I enjoy building a relationship with our customers, being able to understand what issues they are having, and doing my best to find a solution. With our customers having so much going on, anything I can do to help them makes me feel accomplished.”
As an Account Manager, it’s likely that many of our customers recognize Chase Holthaus’ voice or name. Since joining the Bangert team in December, Chase has always had an enthusiasm for reaching out to our clients and seeing how we can provide assistance to them. On top of seeing how he can help others, Chase told us that one of his favorite parts about his job is the sense of community while working with his colleagues. However, the friendly atmosphere and sense of community extends beyond the office and is passed along to our clients as best we can, another aspect that Chase doesn’t take for granted.
Part of what makes Chase excel in his role is his charisma and friendliness. He loves that his job consists of maintaining client relationships and speaking with new people. Especially during these unprecedented times, Chase genuinely enjoys checking in on people and seeing how they are doing. On top of his drive to be there for others, he has many other strengths and passions as well. Chase finds joy in the little things in life. When he and his wife, Katie, aren’t taking care of Ace, their two-year old yellow lab, they have been finishing multiple projects around their home, including repainting every room, door frame, and even building an addition to their deck.
The Holthaus household loves the outdoors. Chase told us that his love for being outside stems from spending his summers at Perry Lake ever since he was a kid. In fact, whenever he has one of his favorite drinks, Dr. Pepper, it takes him back to those fond, early memories. In the summer, Chase and his family still frequently visit Perry Lake. However, in the fall and early winter, you can find Chase supporting his alma mater every Saturday at Kansas State football games. When he and Katie aren’t water skiing on the lake in the summer, they have been to numerous hiking trails together. Some of their favorite hikes were when they lived in North Carolina for a year. While they are grateful that they now live closer to their families in Kansas, Chase said that the things he misses most about North Carolina are the views and the seafood.
Indeed, the Bangert team is lucky to have such an enthusiastic, organized, and efficient account manager like Chase Holthaus.
